Glide Fit Pilates
Stand and glide through this workout. (45min)
Inspired by the feeling of a reformer Pilates machine, you will glide through this low impact workout is a perfect Mix of strength, balance and mat pilates that will have you breaking a little sweat as we melt fat and tone the whole body.
In this class we recommend using gliders for carpet and a towel or socks for hardwood floors. We also recommend adding in light hand weights, resistance bands or booty bands for toning.
Booty Bandlates
Lay down and never stand while getting fit? YES PLEASE! (45min)
This popular low impact home workout is inspired by a Mix of traditional Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates moves. Feel the burn as you tone and tighten your booty and the whole body while never even standing. This class is designed to Fit all fitness levels and can be done with only your bodyweight.
Want to level up and feel that Reformer Pilates burn and stretch you get with straps? We recommend adding booty bands, resistance bands, ankle weights and/or light dumbbells, to do the trick.
Cardio Circuit Mix
Melt fat and see the muscles. (45min)
This fast pace high intensity class will have you dripping sweat and feeling the burn! With a Mix of endurance and strength moves, you can expect to perform each exercise for at least 30 seconds - 1 minute with little to no rest time in between sets. Built with our advanced and rockstar clients in mind, you’ll be sure to feel the challenge and make your inner athlete roar!
Want cardio without the crazy? We got you! Modifications for all levels will still be called out so you can go at your own pace without ever feeling any judgement.
Stretch and Recovery
Let’s get flexible! (15min)
Breathe, bend, stretch and foam roll as we restore the body. This relaxing class is designed to help you focus on muscle recovery, range of motion and all around better flexibility.
Need some modifications? We recommend using a yoga block, yoga strap or towel to help with stretching.
Full Body Mix
Burn more, save time. (45min)
Plank, squat and lunge your way through this full body Mix as we hit multiple compound movements that help burn the maximum amount of calories. Fit for all levels, we recommend using your choice of Light-medium weights and/or resistance bands to help level up this workout.
Cardio, Abs and Arms
Lets get it! (45min)
Have some fun with this high energy, cardio and strength driven Mix that Fits all levels of fitness. Designed to help melt fat, tone arms and see the abs you’ve always wanted, you’ll be sure to break a sweat in this one! We recommend light hand weights, booty bands, and/or resistance bands for this class.
Dance Cardio Mix
Shake and tone what yo momma gave ya! (30min)
Dance like nobody is watching, right from your home. This easy to follow cardio workout will have you toned and ready to hit any dance floor. With a Mix of all styles of dance and genres of music, you’ll be sure to break a sweat and maybe even a smile. Make sure to bring a mat and maybe even some light weights because each class takes a song or two and fits in targeted toning exercises that go perfectly to the beat. From hip hop to salsa and all your favorite jams, we’ll keep mixing it up to keep things fresh.
*We recommend you do this class in an open space and wear proper supporting shoes.
Never danced before? No worries here! Our instructors break down each move for easy to follow dance combinations, giving you a judgment free environment for a positive experience that leaves you feeling great.
Don’t have home equipment?
Try these creative ideas our clients have come up with from quarantine.
Resistance bands - Try using a pair of old leggings, a stretchy tank or sports bra.
Weights - Try water bottles, food cans or the most popular during quarantine, wine bottles!
Gliders - For Carpet, try paper plates, a plastic tupperware lid, or an old DVD case. For hardwood floors, try soft socks or a couple of small hand-towels.
