Do I need to have my video on to take the class?
We understand how working out can be intimidating. If you're shy and want to join the workout but don't feel comfortable turning on your camera, you don't need to. This is a judgment free zone, so when you're ready for us to see you and help correct your form, we'll be here for you!
What equipment do I need?
MixieFit’s classes are designed for all levels. If you are new to working out and just starting out, no equipment is needed. As you start to get stronger, we recommend adding in resistant booty-bands (loops), hand weights, resistant bands (tubing), Sliders, and ankle weights. We also encourage you to use a mat or soft surface for floor work and abs.
Do I have to reserve my class spot in advance?
No, you don’t need to reserve your spot to take class, just use your exclusive membership link and password to join any class on the schedule .
